Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment seeks an experienced Document Specialist for a leading electronics manufacturer in Shannon. You will coordinate product documentation, ensure compliance with European standards, and support cross-functional teams including Production, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Test and Sales.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining compliant product docs like labels, packaging, manuals, datasheets, and BOMs in the ERP; collaborating with designers; reviewing change

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in NPI, product implementation, manufacturing or related environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
  • Experience in electronics or high-volume manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Teams and systems experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • German language skills would be an advantage.

Job description
