Job summary

Ei Electronics seeks a New Product Implementation Specialist to drive documentation, planning and validation of changes for new or enhanced products in a Shannon, Co. Clare, Ireland site. You’ll prepare compliant product docs across European languages and manage change communications with stakeholders.

The role requires a strong HR business partner background, production support experience and fluency in English; German is an advantage. Onsite, permanent role with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) or Business & Law (BBL) degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years in a HR Business Partner role in a manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting roles like production operatives and technicians in electronics/high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop product documentation compliant with product standards and local legislations including labels, packaging, manuals and datasheets.
• Create the product parts list (BOM) in the ERP for relevant markets.
• Coordinate with graphic designer on packaging content and compliance validation with sales offices.
• Assess change requests for validity and determine lead times for completion.
• Document changes and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support production staff with day-to-day queries and understanding of changes.
