Job summary

Ei Electronics seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering function, driving NPI, plant automation strategy, facilities and infrastructure support, and technical leadership for high-volume production.

The role focuses on ensuring new products are industrialized, automation is deployed for competitiveness, and facilities support scalable growth with a strong emphasis on safety-critical electronics manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 7–10 years in high-volume electronics manufacturing.
• 3–5+ years in an engineering leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI from design phase through pilot builds to full production ramp.
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes and PFMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ where appropriate.
• Lead automation roadmap and multi-year deployment aligned with growth and cost objectives.
• Provide senior technical leadership to resolve complex production issues and support growth.
