Qualificações

• Successful track record in an Analyst, Data Scientist or BI related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, automation, and advanced analytical workflows.
• Experience applying statistical modeling, causal inference, experimentation, and/or machine learning methods to answer complex product or business questions.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to choose the right analytical method based on the business question, data structure, and available evidence.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Compelling presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses and technical results into clear recommendations for colleagues at all levels.
• An independent mindset, with the ability to work autonomously, apply curiosity and rigor, and proactively identify opportunities for deeper analysis.
• Passion for continuous learning in a highly collaborative environment.
• Working knowledge of visualization tools and techniques is beneficial.
• A love for, or strong desire to work with, video games
