Scopely in Dublin is seeking a Lead UX Designer to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team on a hybrid basis. You will lead UX for complex live-service features, shaping design direction across 4X systems and player experiences.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with product, designers, and artists, and translate deep game knowledge into intuitive flows. The role offers a collaborative, player‑centered environment with opportunities to influence long-term product design.

Competenze

Extensive Game UX leadership in live-service games (4X/strategy preferred).
Mentorship and team leadership experience with performance management.
Solutions-oriented mindset with creative problem solving.
Strong understanding of game development pipelines and constraints.
