Job summary

Dornan Engineering is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join the Athlone project team. You will handle day-to-day procurement activities, liaise with suppliers and internal partners, and maintain accurate records to support project execution.

The role requires strong procurement knowledge and excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in procurement administration role, ideally in construction or engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities and support procurement processes.
• Liaise with suppliers, internal stakeholders and key business partners.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation and reporting.
• Support supplier management, tendering and purchasing activities.
• Ensure procurement activities are efficient, compliant and aligned with company policies.
• Reconcile quantities with supervisors and vendors.
