Qualifications

• General Operative with construction experience.
• Experience on construction, industrial or pharmaceutical projects.
• Experience with fabrication pipework and installation of pipework & bracketry.
• Maintain high-level housekeeping standards on site.
• Follow all site safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist trades.
• Ensure adequate materials are available.
• Uncrating and weathering equipment.
• Assistance with fabrication of pipework.
• Assistance with installation of pipework and bracketry.
• Ensure work area is clean and tidy at all times.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Move finished assets to storage.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Ensure understanding of risk and method statements.
• Practice safe methods on all tasks.
• Check equipment for safety.
• Maintain a safe, tidy place of work.
• Follow permits and briefings before commencing work.
• Undertake other reasonable tasks from the manager.
