Job summary

Sembcorp Ireland is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager, Procurement & Contracts Management to support end-to-end procurement, cost estimation and contract administration for industrial park, warehouse, logistics and manufacturing projects.

You will work with design, construction, finance and legal teams to ensure projects meet budgets, contractual requirements and governance standards, while driving value through proactive vendor management and risk control.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in industrial park development, warehouse, logistics or manufacturing projects.
• FIDIC contract experience and regional market exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for development projects.
• Prepare tender documents and manage pre-qualification exercises.
• Conduct cost benchmarking and value engineering opportunities.
• Administer Design & Build, DBB and consultancy contracts; review variations.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and commercial risks; manage stakeholder relations.
