Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in Ireland is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager to support the Contracts Manager in delivering construction projects. You will act as deputy project lead, assist in risk management, oversee HSEQS, and ensure alignment with the Project Execution Plan.

You will build relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers, supervise RAMS and safe systems of work, and help allocate resources to meet program milestones while upholding Sisk's Zero Defects Standard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational, planning or engineering roles.
• Proven construction experience across a variety of contracts or sectors.
• Strong HSE focus and RAMS ability.
• Ability to manage risk and liaise with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting systems, team meetings and package management.
• Support the Contracts or Project Manager in delivering design and construction projects.
• Act as a role model for staff and operatives through professional conduct and leadership.
• Drive HSE management and ensure compliance with the Zero Defects commitment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Project Execution Plans.
• Communicate with clients, consultants and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals.
