Job summary

Silent Aire in Dublin is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Production Process Engineering team. You will support operational excellence and growth through the development, implementation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and systems.

The successful candidate will work with key functions, drive continuous improvement, execute root cause analysis, and help deploy Lean principles and the JCI Business System across Silent Aire. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical and or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations and help develop workflows and production processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies and improve quality and safety standards.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.
• Support deployment of Lean principles and JCI Business System across Silent Aire.
