Job summary

Johnson Controls, in Dublin, seeks an experienced Process Engineer to join the Production Process Engineering team. You will support operational excellence, improve manufacturing processes, and apply lean tools to boost capacity, reduce costs, and elevate product quality in hyperscale data center environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze workflows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring safety and compliance across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience as a Process/Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to gather requirements and map processes.
• Proficient with process mapping and structured problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to enable continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Analyze operations, map workflows, and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve quality and safety.
• Lead Kaizen events and CI projects; support deployment of JCI Business System principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen events and structured improvement workshops.
• Promote Lean principles and standard work across the line.
• Support new product introductions with process engineering input.
