Job summary

Silent Aire in Dublin seeks an experienced Senior Strategic Projects Lead to drive the evolution and deployment of strategic business systems. You will partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, build capability, and deliver measurable performance improvements.

The role involves governance, analytical challenge, and change leadership from opportunity identification through implementation and sustainment in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Project Management or related discipline.
• Significant 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives.
• Experience taking projects from problem definition through implementation and benefits realization.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of high-priority, cross-functional strategic projects from definition to execution and benefits realization.
• Establish robust project governance: scope, schedule, budget, risks, decision logs and executive reporting.
• Translate strategic objectives into project charters, workstreams and measurable outcomes.
• Lead transformation initiatives including digitalization, automation, and process redesign.
• Partner with leadership to ensure projects support business and operational priorities.
• Coach project owners and teams in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
