The role requires a minimum of 5 years in hedge fund administration and experience managing a team. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hedge fund administration, with 3 years at Supervisor level.
• Experience managing a team of up to 8 staff servicing multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage Investor Services process under guidance of Directors.
• Handle complex investor transaction enquiries and issues.
• Review and release wire transfer payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate client reporting.
• Manage investor services recruitment, training, and evaluations.
