Job summary

Barclays Dublin seeks a Private Banking Executive to acquire, service and retain clients, supporting Private Bankers and ensuring high standards of service. You will liaison with clients, offices, and internal teams, handling onboarding, lending, FX, and compliance duties while maintaining robust risk controls.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory awareness, and a client-first approach, with no direct leadership responsibilities and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with international Private Banking risk and control frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory issues, investment and banking product knowledge.
• Client-facing experience in a PBE role or similar, onboarding clients and operations, plus lending, FX, and security requirements.
• Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of changes in marketplace, products, legislation, and regulation; integrity and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong client and internal relationships with relationship managers to ensure high quality service.
• Manage all aspects of client servicing and service engagement plans; lead service review visits.
• Develop relationships across bank areas for end-to-end client experience and satisfaction.
• Be the point of contact for new account queries and complex servicing requests between teams.
• Ensure adherence to legal/regulatory standards and internal policies; support risk-related activities.
