Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Typically 12+ years of semiconductor industry experience with significant experience in semiconductor test development.
• Strong ATE development experience on Teradyne, Advantest, NI STS or equivalent mixed-signal test platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of test strategies for complex precision analog and mixed-signal products from concept through production release.
• Develop innovative and cost-effective probe and final test solutions on advanced mixed-signal ATE platforms.
• Drive product quality, manufacturability and test efficiency through robust test methodologies and release criteria.
• Influence design-for-test (DFT) and production test strategies through collaboration with Design and Evaluation teams.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple product programmes and mentor engineers.
