Job summary

Analog Devices in Limerick, Ireland seeks an experienced Staff Design Evaluation Engineer to own parts of the Design Evaluation lifecycle, turning new mixed-signal silicon into product-ready solutions. You will work with Design, Test, Product Engineering, Applications and Quality teams from concept to release.

You will travel occasionally up to 10% to support development, transfer, and engagements, mentoring engineers and shaping measurement methodologies across projects.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in mixed-signal measurement and silicon design evaluation.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects across engineering disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of precision analog and mixed-signal circuits and measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation strategy, test coverage, and measurement methods for new precision converters.
• Drive technical reviews, timelines and risk mitigation across projects.
• Develop hardware, software, automation, fixtures and data-analysis capability for evaluation.
• Perform bench measurements with rigorous data integrity and repeatability.
• Identify root causes and influence product decisions across teams.
• Mentor engineers and advance measurement methodologies and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration from concept to production release.
