Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
- Extensive software design and development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Agile development squad.
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable microservices and web applications.
- Drive technical excellence including code reviews, testing, automation, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Analysts, and Engineers to deliver value.
- Perform root cause analysis, incident triage, and complex problem resolution.
- Contribute to technical strategy, solution design, and architectural decisions.
- Promote engineering best practices and development standards across the team.
- Support delivery of innovative tech for portfolio management and trading capabilities.
