Job summary

Toast in Dublin is seeking an experienced backend/full-stack engineer for the IQ Grow team. You will design AI-enabled marketing solutions, collaborate with Product and Design, and balance technical excellence with product impact.

You will mentor peers, contribute code, and ship features end-to-end in a hybrid two-day-per-week Dublin office setup, working across Java/Kotlin, React, and AI tooling to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend/full-stack experience delivering impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable AI-enabled solutions for Marketing and Demand Generation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering stakeholders.
• Maintain hands-on coding and prototyping while guiding the team.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence across the team.
• Ship features end-to-end from design to rollout and monitor success.
