Job summary

Diageo in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, seeks a Lead Pricing professional to govern pricing and trading terms across Ireland. You will partner Sales, Finance and Customer Marketing to maximise commercial value through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

You will lead governance, analyse pricing data, model scenarios and drive pricing excellence while ensuring compliant, evidence-based decisions that protect margins and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant FMCG or consumer goods commercial experience.
• Strong customer and commercial acumen with ability to translate plans into actions.
• Proven ability to analyse data and generate insights to drive pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy and governance for Ireland to align with Revenue Growth Management strategy.
• Develop and maintain trading terms, rebates and commercial agreements with evidence-based investments.
• Provide pricing analysis, scenario modelling and guardrails to support annual planning and negotiations.
• Monitor pricing performance, compliance, rebate activity and customer profitability.
• Embed pricing policies and governance to ensure compliant and transparent decision making.
• Simplify pricing processes and analytics to improve speed and quality of decisions.
