Job summary

Diageo is hiring for a spirits-focused sales role on a 12-month fixed-term contract across key on-trade venues and groups in Ireland. You will report to the Head of Spirits and drive growth with top customers, developing and delivering brand plans that enhance margins.

You will lead engagement with influential outlets, collaborate with local and global brand teams, and work with the current sales team to provide a seamless customer experience.

• High level spirits knowledge is essential.
• Strong commercial drive and commercial curiosity are required.
• Proven brand development and activation experience is expected.
• Analytical and core selling skills are needed.
