Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Lead Pricing professional to lead the execution and governance of pricing and trading terms across Ireland, aligning to the market Revenue Growth Management strategy. You will partner with Sales, Finance and Customer Marketing to maximise value through disciplined pricing execution and investment governance.

Qualifications

• Relevant FMCG/beverage industry experience with strong customer and commercial acumen.
• Ability to create plans delivering for customers and the business, with data-driven insights.
• Proven capability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and execution of customer pricing, price architecture and changes.
• Develop and maintain frameworks for trading terms, rebates and commercial agreements.
• Provide pricing analysis, scenario modelling and guardrails for planning and negotiations.
• Monitor pricing performance, discounting and KPIs to protect revenue and margin.
• Embed pricing policies, approvals and audit trails to ensure compliance and controls.
• Simplify pricing processes and enhance analytics and digital tools.
