Job summary

Hackett London in Kildare is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support the Store Manager and retail team in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will open and close the store, assist with stock, merchandising, and till procedures, and act as a confident brand ambassador during peak trading periods. This full-time role values initiative, reliability, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, ideally within premium or fashion retail.
• Experience in a similar keyholder or supervisory support role is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work full time, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted keyholder, opening and closing the store in line with company procedures.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding service.
• Provide a premium, personalised customer experience in line with the Hackett brand.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help maintain operational excellence, including cash handling, till procedures, and security standards.
• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day tasks and act as a point of contact when required.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.
