Hackett London in Kildare is seeking a dedicated Keyholder for a full-time role. You will support the Store Manager and team to deliver superb customer experience, uphold high store standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.

As a trusted keyholder, you will open/close the store, drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and maintain cash handling and security procedures. You’ll contribute to a premium brand experience and a collaborative team environment.

Role overview

We are looking for a Keyholder to join Hackett London in Kildare on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support the Store Manager and the wider retail team in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted keyholder, opening and closing the store in line with company procedures.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding service.
• Provide a premium, personalised customer experience in line with the Hackett brand.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help maintain operational excellence, including cash handling, till procedures, and security standards.
• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day tasks and act as a point of contact when required.

Required qualifications and experience

• Previous experience in retail, ideally within premium or fashion retail.
• Experience in a similar keyholder or supervisory support role is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A proactive, reliable, and responsible approach to store operations.
• Availability to work full time, including weekends and peak trading periods.
