BaxterStorey is seeking a proactive Lounge Manager for the Aer Lingus Lounges at Dublin Airport. You will lead a service-focused team delivering premium hospitality, ensuring exceptional food, beverages, and guest experiences.

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to foster an inspiring workplace, drive service excellence, and continually elevate standards in a high-end lounge environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end dining or hotel environments.
• Ability to lead and train a team while maintaining standards.
• Passion for food and customer experience.
