BaxterStorey Ireland is hiring a proactive Lounge Manager to lead premium hospitality delivery at Dublin Airport’s Aer Lingus Lounges. You’ll manage a dedicated team, drive guest experience and uphold luxury service standards.

The role focuses on strong people leadership, operational excellence in high-end hospitality, and building a positive workplace culture in collaboration with the Operations Manager. A passion for exceptional service is essential.

• Worked within a high end, fine dining or hotel environment.
• Previous experience commensurate with role.
• Have a contagious passion for food and customer experience.

• Financially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance.
• Excellent delegation and influencing skills.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and service-focused Lounge Manager to support the leadership and delivery of premium hospitality within the Aer Lingus Lounges at Dublin Airport. The Aer Lingus lounges are a sophisticated space, offering a first-class experience for discerning guests through exceptional food, beverages, and service.

This role is ideal for someone with strong people leadership skills, operational experience in high-end hospitality, and a genuine passion for guest excellence. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to create an inspiring workplace culture and consistently exceed expectations.
