Job summary

You will be responsible for guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey, handling enquiries across multiple channels, and achieving your sales targets with the support of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (automotive sales is an advantage but not essential).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full clean driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing journey.
• Manage enquiries from walk-ins, phone, email and online platforms.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Advise customers on vehicle and finance options.
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
