Job summary

Audi Wexford is seeking a Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help customers find the Audi that best suits their needs. The role offers industry-leading training, ongoing support, and genuine opportunities for career progression in premium retail sales.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey, handling enquiries across multiple channels, and achieving your sales targets with the support of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (automotive sales is an advantage but not essential).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full clean driving licence required.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the Audi that best suits their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey
• Managing enquiries from walk-in customers, telephone, email and online platforms
• Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Advising customers on vehicle and finance options
• Building lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining an excellent knowledge of the Audi product range

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (automotive experience is an advantage but not essential)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, self-motivated attitude
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Confidence working towards sales targets
• A full clean driving licence

A qualification in Business, Sales or Marketing would be an advantage but is not essential.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in the motor industry.
