With a base salary of €30,000 and uncapped commission, you can achieve €70,000+ OTE for high performers. A target-driven, professional mindset and genuine interest in Mercedes-Benz vehicles are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer-focused and professional.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• A genuine interest in cars and the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
• Arrange and conduct test drives.
• Achieve sales targets through great customer service and effective negotiation.
• Assist with vehicle valuations and trade-ins.
• Keep customers updated throughout the sales process.
• Work with the wider sales team to provide a smooth customer experience.
