Job summary

Elite Talent Hub is assisting a specialist data centre contractor in recruiting a Pre-Construction Manager for Dublin-based data centre projects. You will lead tender activity from enquiry to contract award and handover, coordinating technical and commercial inputs to develop competitive proposals.

Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, the role demands strong commercial awareness and leadership across design, planning, operations and client engagement to deliver compelling submissions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in pre-construction, project management or commercial roles.
• Experience delivering large construction projects, preferably data centres, industrial or pharmaceutical facilities.
• Proven tender management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication and knowledge of construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender planning alongside the Estimating Lead.
• Coordinate design, planning and operations teams.
• Develop construction methodologies, logistics plans and technical submissions.
• Identify project risks, opportunities and value engineering options.
• Manage client, consultant and supply chain engagement.
• Coordinate bid presentations and post-tender clarifications.
• Ensure effective handover to delivery teams.
• Capture feedback to improve future submissions.

My client is a specialist data centre contractor delivering projects across Europe. They are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead tender activity from initial enquiry through contract award and handover.

Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, you will coordinate technical and commercial inputs to develop competitive, deliverable proposals.

Location: Ballymount, Dublin 22 | Full-time | Data Centre Projects

• Proven tender management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication and knowledge of construction methods.
