Qualifications

• 8–12+ years’ experience in pre‑construction, project management, or commercial roles.
• Strong background in large‑scale construction projects (data centre / industrial / pharma preferred).
• Proven experience managing tender processes and bid submissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre‑construction/tendering process from enquiry through to final decision.
• Coordinate internal teams including design, planning, and operations.
• Develop and review methodologies, Logistics Plans and technical submissions.
