Windward Management Limited seeks an exceptional General Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of St. Stephen’s Green Hotel, a 131-bedroom property in Dublin’s prestigious city centre.

You will shape the new operation from the final pre-opening stages, build an outstanding team, deliver a distinctive guest experience reflecting Dublin’s heritage and contemporary style, and drive revenue, budgets and profitability.

Formación

• Five years+ experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader in four- or five-star environments.
• Premium, upper-upscale or lifestyle hotel operations; pre-opening experience highly desirable.
• Strong commercial judgement, financial literacy and experience managing significant hotel budgets.
• Confident, engaging leadership and ability to recruit, develop and inspire a strong team.
• Appreciation for architecture, design, contemporary hospitality and authentic Irish service.
• Good understanding of Dublin’s hotel market and ability to build lasting local and commercial partnerships.
