Windward Management Limited seeks an exceptional General Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of the 131-bedroom St. Stephen’s Green Hotel in Dublin.

You will steer the delivery of a premium guest experience, align design heritage with authentic Irish service, and build a strong leadership team to drive results. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the role requires strategic vision, financial acumen and a deep understanding of Dublin’s hotel market.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader in a four- or five-star environment.
• Experience in premium, upper-upscale or lifestyle hotel operations; pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to manage significant hotel budgets.
• Engaging leadership style with ability to recruit and develop a strong team.
• Understanding of Dublin’s hotel market and local partnerships.

The opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of St. Stephen’s Green Hotel, a 131-bedroom property in one of Dublin’s most prestigious locations.

Combining a contemporary new-build with the conversion of Nos. 92 and 93 St. Stephen’s Green, the hotel is being designed by Suzie McAdam Design. It will bring together architectural heritage, contemporary interiors and a distinctive sense of place—creating a premium lifestyle hotel with authentic Dublin character, international service standards and a relaxed, personal feel.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially astute hotel leader to shape a new operation from the final pre-opening stages, build an outstanding team and establish a hotel that appeals to visitors and locals alike.
