Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading energy generation business to recruit a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to join their site leadership team. This key role will own the site’s engineering, maintenance and asset reliability strategy while leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.

You will drive maintenance planning, outages, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, reliable plant operation and strong HSE compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline or equivalent technical qualification.

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance team.
