Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering/maintenance in food manufacturing or regulated environments.

• Proven ability to drive preventive maintenance and calibration programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations across the site.
• Manage preventative maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and H&S regulations.
• Coordinate repairs and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Monitor engineering KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
