Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our manufacturing site in Kildare. You will lead maintenance and process optimisation, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable plant operation, managing reactive and preventive maintenance through internal teams, contractors and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance leadership, supervisory or senior engineering role within a regulated manufacturing environment (food/pharma).
• Third-level qualification in Engineering, Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance leadership and strategy; manage maintenance technicians and budget.
• Drive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance culture; ensure CMMS ownership.
• Oversee process optimisation and site SME for production processes.
• Develop PIRs and support capital projects as required.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and GMP requirements.
• Train and develop maintenance personnel and support Change Controls.
