Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Head of Engineering for a major Midlands manufacturing site in Ireland. You will lead the engineering and maintenance function, drive reliability, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across production operations.

The role requires proven leadership of engineering teams in fast-paced environments, strong problem-solving and stakeholder management, and a track record in continuous improvement and capital projects. Food manufacturing experience is desirable.

Engineering Manager | Midlands, Ireland Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business to recruit a Head of Engineering for a key production site in the Irish Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to take ownership of site engineering, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead all engineering and maintenance activities across the site, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across production operations.
