Job summary

Cpl is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and engineering operations at a power station. You will drive plant reliability, asset integrity, and safety performance while developing a high-performing engineering team.

Reporting to the Generation Manager, you will coordinate with Operations, HSE, and Commercial teams and oversee outages, budgets, and projects to ensure compliant, efficient plant operation.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Maximise plant reliability, availability, and performance.
• Manage outages, maintenance programmes, and engineering projects.

About the Role

• Knowledge of PSSR and Process Safety Management.
