Job summary

Cpl is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and engineering operations at a power station client. Reporting to the Generation Manager, you will drive plant reliability, asset integrity, safety performance, and the development of a high-performing engineering team.

You will work closely with Operations, HSE, and Commercial teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant operation.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance and engineering activities across the site.
• Maximise plant reliability, availability, and performance.
• Manage outages, maintenance programmes, and engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Manage contractors, service agreements, and maintenance budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement and asset management strategies.
