Job summary

Qualifications

• 4/5 years of industry experience.
• Ability to connect daily operations to strategic goals.
• Experience with Electrical, Mechanical or Automation systems.
• Desirable: Power Plant or Heavy Industry experience.
• IT skills & Maintenance Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor thermal generating assets to optimise availability and efficiency and ensure IPPC compliance and overall performance.
• Act as the Authorised person under the Permit to Work System, managing process safety for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate safety across control boundaries and manage site access and emergency response.
• Lead a shift team, provide direction to technicians and collaborate with other plant teams to achieve objectives.
• Maintain interfaces with owners, stakeholders and suppliers, and liaise with the I-SEM market and commercial teams.
• Participate in the Plant's Business Management System development and participate in Performance Management processes.
