Job summary

The Maintenance & Engineering Manager role at a power station in the West of Ireland, as part of Cpl Group, leads maintenance and engineering operations to ensure reliability, asset integrity and safety performance. • Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience within power generation, utilities, process, or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management, asset integrity, and health & safety standards.
• Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Desirable: Management qualification and knowledge of PSSR and Process Safety Management.

Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Location: West of Ireland

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and engineering operations at my client's power station. Reporting to the Generation Manager, you will be responsible for plant reliability, asset integrity, safety performance, and the development of a high-performing engineering team.
