Job summary

Eaton Ireland is seeking a Business Development Manager – Power Distribution to shape opportunities across Ireland’s commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure sectors, working with low voltage and medium voltage portfolios. You will blend technical insight with commercial drive to position Eaton as a trusted partner.

You’ll engage consultants and contractors, influence specifications, deliver CPD and workshops, and grow a sustainable pipeline while collaborating across sales, marketing

Qualifications

• Experience in low voltage power distribution equipment.
• Minimum 3 years in electrical industry sales (contractors, consultants, etc.).
• Proven ability to develop and convert opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Influence specifications and engage early in projects across Ireland.
• Build relationships with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce and develop territory plans.
• Communicate Eaton value proposition and support tender processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover.
