Eaton Ireland is seeking a Business Development Manager for Power Distribution to drive specification and design influence across low voltage and medium voltage products in Ireland. You will build relationships with engineers, contractors and consultants, identify early project opportunities, and support technical workshops and CPD sessions.

• Experience with low voltage distribution equipment such as switchgear, switchboards or related infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years in an electrical industry sales role (technical, project, contractor, panel builder, consultant or channel-focused).
• Proven ability to engage contractors, panel builders or consultants and convert opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to identify, develop and close opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with electrical consulting engineers, building services consultants, design practices, end users, main contractors and contractors to influence Eaton specifications across the portfolio.
• Identify and develop early-stage project opportunities across Ireland and maintain visibility of future projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor on power distribution, delivering CPD sessions and technical workshops, and guiding standards and best practices for the Irish market.
• Defend Eaton specifications through tender processes and minimise erosion during value engineering and substitutions.
• Collaborate with project sales engineers, application engineers, marketing, product management and channel partners to ensure seamless handover of projects and accurate Salesforce data.
• Monitor pipeline value, opportunities created, consultant engagements, and revenue influence; drive account planning and CRM management.
