Qualifications

• Experience in low voltage power distribution equipment, including switchgear, switchboards, circuit protection or related electrical infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years in an electrical industry sales role, ideally involving technical, project, contractor, panel builder, consultant or channel-focused sales.
• Proven experience working with contractors, panel builders or consultants, with strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify, develop and convert opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Specification and Design Influence: Build and maintain relationships with engineers and contractors; influence Eaton solutions across the full portfolio.
• Early Project Engagement: Identify and develop early-stage project opportunities; maintain visibility of future projects.
• Technical Expertise and Consultancy: Act as trusted advisor on power distribution; deliver CPD presentations and technical workshops.
• Specification Protection: Defend Eaton specifications and communicate value around safety, reliability and lifecycle cost.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with sales engineers, marketing, product management, and partners; ensure smooth handover of projects.
