Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager to join a leading international contractor on Phase 2 of the Rosslare Europort redevelopment in Co. Wexford. The role is based on site and offers a substantial salary reflecting senior responsibilities.

You will lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover, manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers, drive programme performance, cost, quality and health & safety, and act as the main contact for the client and design team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on civil engineering, marine or infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Strong programming skills (MS Project or similar) and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, client and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and design team.
• Work with the commercial team on cost control and change management.
• Report progress and risks to senior management.
