Roughan & O’Donovan invites applications for a Senior Resident Engineer on the N25 Rosslare Europort Access Road project in Rosslare, Co. Wexford.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering (Level 8 qualification or equivalent).
Eight+ years’ post-graduate experience as a senior resident engineer in road/bridge projects.
Experience administering PW-CF3 contract forms.
Experience supervising works in a railway environment.
Strong technical, administrative, and contract-management skills.
Fluent English; excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

Assist the employer’s representative in the performance of duties.
Administer the PW-CF3 contract for civil works.
Manage the site-based team and monitor works execution.
Review contractor submissions including method statements and traffic/environment plans.
Liaise with design team on design-related matters.
Engage with stakeholders and utility providers.
Carry out daily site inspections and record activities.
Raise and close non-conformance reports.
