Job summary

Tinder, part of Match Group, is seeking a Policy Analyst to help maintain and improve policy guidelines across its platforms. You’ll conduct research, audits, and drafting updates, while supporting agents, training, and moderation teams.

You will work with cross-functional partners to implement changes, manage feedback, and help ensure policies are applied consistently. This role offers a hybrid work model with a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Trust & Safety experience.
• Experience developing and/or improving content policies.
• Record of successful project management.
• Proven ability to collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret data and to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing policies and identify gaps or conflicts; review efficacy of policy applications.
• Draft policies and guidelines and support development of new topics.
• Implement changes and support feedback loops for operations teams.
• Be a subject matter expert on assigned policies; collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Support Policy Team operations and assist in various projects as needed.
