Job summary

Tinder, part of Match Group, seeks a Director of Global Safety Regulatory Compliance to drive portfolio-wide regulatory compliance for online trust and safety. You will lead cross-functional programs and serve as the primary point of contact for regulator inquiries.

You will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Government Relations, Communications, and Product teams, translating regulatory developments into actionable plans, and oversee transparency reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in regulatory compliance, trust & safety, public policy, or related field.
• 3–5 years in leadership or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and upcoming global regulations pertaining to trust and safety across dating platforms.
• Lead cross-functional compliance programs and coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Government Relations, and Communications teams.
• Deliver executive-level briefings on regulatory themes and compliance status.
