Job summary

Match Group is seeking a Global Operations Specialist to support users worldwide, particularly during the APAC timezone. You will handle complex customer issues, investigate safety concerns, and ensure compliance with Community Guidelines across brands like Tinder, Match.com, and OkCupid.

You’ll work with Trust & Safety, Engineering, and Legal teams, balancing efficiency with positive user experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Protect Match Group ecosystem by preventing fraudulent activity and enforcing guidelines.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex escalations related to Trust & Safety and support.
• Review bug reports and coordinate with Engineering to facilitate fixes.
• Gather and analyze user feedback on product launches and feature rollouts.
• Handle high-pressure situations with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Review sensitive content and policy violations and take appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Legal, and outsourcing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and efficiency.
