Job summary

Tinder is seeking a Global Operations Specialist to support users worldwide, with a focus on APAC hours. You will handle the most complex customer issues, investigate safety concerns, and ensure adherence to Community Guidelines and Terms of Service across our brands.

You will collaborate with Trust & Safety, Engineering, Communications, Legal, and external partners to improve processes, mitigate risk, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Ability to summarize complex cases clearly.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fast-paced, adaptable environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Protect the Match Group ecosystem by preventing fraud and enforcing Terms of Service.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve escalations related to Trust & Safety.
• Review bug reports and partner with Engineering to resolve issues.
• Gather and analyze user feedback on product launches.
• Navigate high-pressure situations with sound judgment.
• Review sensitive content and policy violations.
• Collaborate across Trust & Safety, Engineering, Communications, Legal, and Outsourced teams.
• Improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Note: team schedules may rotate; weekends possible.
