Match Group is seeking a Policy Analyst to join the Trust & Safety Policy Team. You will execute the operational activities across policy workstreams, conduct research, run deep-dive audits, draft and implement guidance updates, and act as a front-line contact for agents, training, and quality teams, including moderation work led by Product or Anti-Abuse teams.

• 2 to 3 years of Trust & Safety experience.
• Experience developing or improving content policies.
• Strong attention to detail and self-driven.
• Ability to analyze data and synthesize findings.
• Experience influencing and negotiating with stakeholders.
